1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Accepted documents include a MyKad, a valid Malaysian passport, or other recognised forms of identification. Failure to provide the required documents within 72 hours may result in a temporary account suspension.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) bolaslot account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, IP addresses, devices, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full name as shown on your MyKad or passport
• Valid date of birth
• An active and accessible email address
• A valid Malaysian mobile number
• Bank account or e-wallet details for transaction purposes

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. bolaslot will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bolaslot are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). bolaslot accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all of which are legitimate local Malaysian payment options:

• Using a bolaslot account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Abusing the customer support system by submitting false or unfounded complaints

• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation

8 Account Closure & Suspension

• The registration information provided is found to be false or misleading
• The member is found to be under 18 years of age
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the bolaslot support team. Any valid remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the member within 5–7 business days after the account closure request is approved.
